Internals for catalytic reforming reactors with radial feed load

All internals are manufactured of stainless steel. Most commonly it is 12Х18Н10Т, 08Х18Н10Т, AISI 321, AISI 347, AISI 316. Sometimes following Client's requirements other grades of steel are used.
Generally equipment is supplied in sets.
Set's scope (specification) is formed in accordance with Client's needs.

Standard Set's Scope of Reforming Reactor Internals Supply

Upper Distributor is meant for flow adjustment and sometimes for crude mixture filtering. The item's construction lets level height positioning.

Upper Cover is meant for reactor's inner volume dividing into zones: a zone of flow formation and a zone of reaction. The cover's elements are fastened to each other with quick-release reuse joints.

Centerpipe is meant for catalyst retention in zone of reaction and for collecting and output of reaction products from a reactor. It consists of perforated pipe on which a slotted screen (filter) is fastened by welding joints.

Scallops are meant for even input of crude mixture and its uniform distribution on vessel's reacting volume. The items can be provided in two types, differ by downstream part construction (filtration surface). It can be manufactured in the shape of either perforated sheet or slotted screen.

Perforated scallops web thickness is 1,2 mm, perforation is in the form of a horizontal slot (1,02 mm), width is 15…17 mm.
Slotted screen scallops: downstream part is provided by gaps between Δ-shaped wires of slotted screens.

Characteristic features of slotted screen scallops supplied by REEFING are:

• special device placed in upper part that provides tight sealing of scallop and upper cover meeting-point;
• simplicity of upper cover and scallops assembling (dismantling) inside a reactor;
• possibility of dismantling without damage of the details integrity;
• brackets on scallops for expanding rings installation.

Expanding rings are designed for scallop unfastening inside a reactor.
Protective screen (optional supply and assembling).
Furthermore the set is complemented with details for upper cover, upper distributor and protective screen assembling and fastening during erection inside a reactor.
